We are seeking PTAs who are flexible to go anywhere to our affiliates in 14 states: Arizona, Washington, California, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Texas, Wisconsin, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

Duties:
  • Effectively and efficiently provided treatment interventions for short-term and long-term rehab and opportunities for outpatient rehab
  • Utilizes standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions
  • Administers a wide variety of interventions as part of the plan of care based upon individual patient needs
  • Assesses patient’s progress and collaborates with physical therapists on recommendations for adjustments to plan of care per regulatory and clinical practice requirements
  • Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to the physical disorders
  • Effectively communicates with the OneClinical Team regarding patient progress and barriers
  • Collaborates with physical therapists for progress of patient performance, updates to plan of care, and discharge success

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

Qualifications: 
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Required
