Therapy Rehab Tech - The Healthcare Resort of Colorado Springs

THERAPY TECHNICIAN – PRN – THE HEALTHCARE RESORT OF COLORADO SPRINGS – COLORADO SPRINGS, CO
 
PRN with set days of Mon, Weds, Fri and 2 Saturdays a month with potential for fulltime. Will support both our outpatient therapy department and our skilled therapy department. 
 
Modified schedule available *
2 Saturdays a month ( with a flex day off during the week) 
CNA preferred but not mandatory 
Pay will vary on experience and roles – $17 – 21/hr
 
Necessary tasks/ skills ;
Basic computer skills including Microsoft email, Excel and Word 
Phone skill for communication with staff, patients, vendors and doctors 
Transfer/lift patients / transport patients within building 
Cleaning / organizing the therapy gym 
Assist therapist in treatment 
Physical demands of the job may include;
Lifting/push/ pulling/ kneeling/ stooping 
 
Advanced skills/ tasks;
Assist with staffing and scheduling for the therapy department 
Complete outpatient marketing 
Track outpatient charts 
Schedule outpatients 
Remote nights and weekends to support staffing / scheduling

Licensed Occupational Therapist
This position is open to OTs at all experience levels.

Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program 
Must hold current and active State license/registration where applicable
