Villa Maria Post Acute Care Center in Santa Maria, CA, is seeking a full time Physical Therapist Assistant to help us expand our programs. We are located in northern Santa Barbara County, California’s Central Coast vacation destination that offers real value, real culture, and historic wineries. We employ a variety of high-tech and hands-on therapeutic approaches to design custom therapies for our residents. We are continually looking for therapists who want to do amazing things with their therapy careers.

Experience/Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
This position is open to PTAs at all experience levels

- Superior interpersonal communication skills
- Strong writing skills required for documentation of the care you provide
- Exhibits knowledge and understanding of therapy practice
- Possesses and conveys high degree of credibility and integrity
- Enjoys team cohesion, is a team player, has a positive attitude and a strong desire to make a constructive impact on organizational excellence
- Understands and accepts the unpredictable nature and needs of the therapy function in a busy rehab department
