Outpatient Therapy Director – FULL TIME – Starting at $85,000
We at Sloan’s Lake Rehabilitation Center in Denver, CO, are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outpatient Therapy Coordinator to lead and manage our outpatient therapy clinic. This position is responsible for the strategic planning, coordination and supervision of clinical and administrative operations within the outpatient therapy department, ensuring delivery of high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. Salary: Starting at $85,000 per year (based on experience)

Duties:
- Provide leadership and direction to outpatient therapy staff including physical, occupational, and speech therapist
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the outpatient therapy department
- Develop and manage department budgets, productivity targets, and financial performance
- Recruit, train evaluate and support professional development of clinical staff
- Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations
- Establish and maintain relationships with referring physicians and medical offices
- Attend relevant healthcare networking events to promote therapy services
- Market to relevant providers in order to grow referral sources
- Work closely with BOM to assure proper contractual billing and requirements meet for triple check
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid state PT, OT, or SLP license and credentials
- Minimum of 2 years’ management experience in an Therapy Outpatient settings required
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skill
