At Montecito, we do outpatient therapy differently. We combine the convenience of home health with the structure of outpatient care. Our team delivers therapy services directly to residents in assisted living communities, providing high-quality, personalized care where it’s most needed.

As a PTA with Montecito, you will:

• Provide hands-on, evidence-based therapy under the supervision of a licensed PT

• Support older adults in assisted living communities through personalized treatment plans

• Collaborate with a team of therapists and care staff who value teamwork and quality care

• Help enhance the patient experience with compassionate and skilled care
