POST RGV is an Ensign-Affiliated Outpatient Therapy Clinic.
POST RGV is currently seeking a clinically strong Physical Therapist to lead a multidisciplinary team and manage the daily operations associated with a thriving clinic.

Duties:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that address patients’ unique needs and goals
- Implements and monitors the provision of policy and procedure
- Supervises staff and ensures effective staff orientation, training and ongoing competency
- Foster a warm and supportive environment that empowers patients throughout their recovery journey.
- Assists in scheduling and tracking of patient cases
- Manages and analyzes department metrics including accurate billing
- Ensures that clinic is compliant with all regulatory issues. This includes assurance that the clinic records are completed and maintained, such as medical record documentation and reimbursement denial
- Maintain relationships with providers and other key community members
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- Supervisory and/or administrative experience in an Outpatient setting preferred
- Knowledge of billing practices to manage a variety of payors effectively
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
