Sun West Choice Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house therapy team in Sun City West, AZ. What You’ll Do:
-
Provide occupational therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
-
Assist with the implementation of personalized treatment plans for patients
-
Help residents improve independence in activities of daily living (ADLs)
-
Track progress, support documentation, and communicate with the care team

Encourage and motivate patients through every stage of their recovery
What You’ll Need:

Active COTA license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)

Compassionate, team-oriented approach to patient care

Solid communication skills and a growth mindset
