Qualifications

• Current Arizona COTA license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Open to applicants of all experience levels
• New graduates encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the direction of the Occupational Therapist.
• Assist patients in improving independence with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and functional tasks.
• Provide therapeutic activities, exercises, adaptive equipment training, and restorative interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques and strategies to maximize independence and safety.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient outcomes.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and clinical standards.
