Job Details:
Job Types: Full-time, PRN
Pay: Up to $50.00 per hour
Medical Specialty: Occupational & Rehabilitation Medicine
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed
Work Location: In-person at our Camelback Post Acute Care and Rehabilitation Center in Phoenix, AZ

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services in an outpatient setting.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to address patients’ functional goals, focusing on improving independence in daily activities, reducing pain, and enhancing overall physical and cognitive function.
  • Engage with the local community through education, workshops, or events to promote wellness and rehabilitation awareness.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
Qualifications:
Licensed Occupational Therapist (Required)
Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (Required)
Strong communication skills and a passion for community-based care
Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT – FULL TIME – CAMELBACK POST-ACUTE CARE – PHOENIX, AZ

Camelback Post Acute Care & Rehabilitation in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a FULL TIME COTA to join our awesome in-house therapy team. As a member of our team, you can expect excellent leadership, facility level decision making, competitive compensation and most of all, a fun work environment where you are appreciated and supported to do your best work. 

FULL TIME: Flexible schedule with work-life balance
Pay: $28 – $36/hour based on experience

Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant 
Prior experience in a skilled nursing setting is preferred, but new grads welcome!
