Duties:
  • Provide leadership and direction to outpatient therapy staff including physical, occupational, and speech therapist
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the outpatient therapy department
  • Develop and manage department budgets, productivity targets, and financial performance
  • Recruit, train evaluate and support professional development of clinical staff
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations
  • Establish and maintain relationships with referring physicians and medical offices
  • Attend relevant healthcare networking events to promote therapy services
  • Market to relevant providers in order to grow referral sources
  • Work closely with BOM to assure proper contractual billing and requirements meet for triple check
Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid state PT, OT, or SLP license and credentials

  • Must demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skill

As part of this amazing team of clinicians, you will have opportunities for training and continuing education in Think Thin/dysphagia, Abilities Care and dementia, stroke and neuro rehabilitation, and respiratory recovery programs.
Duties:
  • Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing appropriate care plans following regulatory and clinical standards.
  • Deliver rehabilitative treatment to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
  • Evaluate treatment outcomes, modifying services based on patient evaluation and making referrals as needed.
  • Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
  • Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in adherence to regulatory and clinical requirements.
Qualifications:
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Required.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT – PRN – DENVER, CO
Our Colorado market is excited to announce our growth in the Denver area and we are currently seeking a PRN PTA to join our crew of in-house therapists at Holly Heights Care Center. Help us expand therapy programming to include Abilities Care (cognition), ACP programs, Big and Loud and wound care. As a therapy professional, you will have the freedom to create and implement additional programs to best meet the needs of the patients in this facility.  
 
Our therapy team expansion will be a strong focus and you will receive strong orientation, training and on-going support as we grow!

Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant 
Prior experience in a skilled nursing setting is preferred but new grads welcome!
