We are seeking PTs who are flexible to go anywhere to our affiliates in 17 states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Washington, California, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Oregon, Texas, Wisconsin, South Carolina, and Tennessee. 
 
This is not your average traveling therapy position!

Duties:
– Effectively screens/evaluates patients within short-term and long-term rehab and opportunity for outpatient
– Utilizes standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions
– Provides rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients within short and long-term settings 
– Administers a wide variety of interventions as part of the plan of care based upon individual patient needs
– Assesses patient’s progress and adjust treatments accordingly in the clinical record per regulatory and clinical practice requirements
– Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to the physical disorders
– Effectively communicates with the OneClinical Team regarding patient progress and barriers
– Provides comprehensive discharge summary of services provided per regulatory and clinical requirements

• Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.

Qualifications:
• Physical Therapy license is required.
