Horizon Post Acute Rehabilitation Center is seeking a motivated and passionate Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our thriving in-house therapy program. Whether you're an experienced rehab leader or a strong clinician ready to take the next step into management, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your leadership career while making a meaningful impact on resident outcomes. Our 179-bed skilled nursing facility offers the support of a strong network of dedicated therapy leaders who believe in dignifying long-term care and empowering therapists to grow, innovate, and lead with confidence.

• Competitive salary: $105,000–$120,000 annually

What You'll Do
• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing therapy team focused on quality outcomes and exceptional patient care.
• Collaborate with facility leadership to create an environment where both patients and clinicians can thrive.
• Establish and maintain efficient clinical systems, workflows, and compliance processes for our in-house and outpatient therapy programs.
• Partner with nursing and administrative teams to deliver seamless, resident-centered care.
• Foster a positive, growth-oriented culture aligned with Ensign's CAPLICO principles.

Qualifications
• Licensed PT, OT, or SLP
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Previous management or lead therapist experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred.
• Passion for innovation, growth, and elevating the standard of long-term care.
