Mobile Outpatient Physical Therapist (Medicare Part B) – Part Time (with potential growth to full-time) | Healthcare Resort of Leawood
HCR Leawood is expanding our reach into the community based on community needs and we are hiring a Mobile Outpatient PT to provide in-home therapy under Medicare Part B. Enjoy 1:1 care with 45–70 minute sessions and a manageable caseload of 5–6 patients/day.
Full Time: Flexible schedule for work-life balance
Pay: $42+/hour based on experience

Requirements:
- Active Kansas PT license
- Current CPR card
- SNF experience preferred (not required)
What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
- Provide skilled therapy (therapeutic exercises, gait training, etc.)
- Track progress, adjust treatment, and document in NetHealth
- Collaborate with care team and educate patients/caregivers
