Phoenix Mountain Therapy is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient therapy team serving Assisted Living and Independent Living communities throughout the Chandler area. This is an excellent opportunity to provide one-on-one outpatient therapy services while making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, balance, gait, mobility, and functional impairments
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practice
• Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, endurance, safety, and overall functional independence
• Collaborate with physicians, community staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Complete timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Current Arizona Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for serving the geriatric population
• Interest in professional growth and providing exceptional patient care
• New graduates welcome to apply
