Temple View Transitional Care Center in Rexburg, ID, is looking for a Therapy Rehab Aide to join our skilled nursing facility team. This is an ideal opportunity for a Healthcare Administration student or aspiring healthcare leader to gain real-world experience, mentorship, and career growth.

What You'll Do:
- Support the Director of Rehab and Rehab Team
- Provide administrative assistance to the Director of Rehab
- Coordinate rehab admissions and distribution of caseload to therapists
- Assist in case management and tracking rehab cases
- Manage therapy schedules, documentation due and communication with the Therapy Team
- Create a positive and encouraging environment that supports the Therapy Team
What We're Looking For:
- A motivated, dependable team player who wants to grow in healthcare
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered mindset
- Ability to stay organized and work in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in healthcare administration, therapy services, or leadership
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Bonus if you are a recent graduate in Healthcare Administration, Kinesiology, Pre-PT/OT or a related field
