Phoenix Mountain Therapy is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing outpatient therapy team serving Assisted Living and Independent Living communities throughout the Scottsdale area. This is more than a traditional OT role—it's an opportunity to learn how to build, grow, and manage your own therapy program while making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults.

Whether you're an experienced clinician or a newer graduate looking to expand your skills, we'll provide mentorship, leadership development, and hands-on training to help you learn the operational and clinical aspects of running a successful outpatient therapy program.

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, balance, mobility, and functional impairments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practice
  • Help patients maximize independence, safety, and quality of life
  • Collaborate with physicians, community staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
  • Assist with program development and community outreach initiatives
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications

  • Current Arizona Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for serving the geriatric population
  • Interest in leadership, program development, and professional growth
  • New graduates welcome to apply
