OUTPATIENT PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT – JTOPS, JULIA TEMPLE OUTPATIENT SERVICES – ENGLEWOOD, CO
FULL TIME 32 to 40 Hours a Week $30.00 to $38.00 an Hour
JTOPS is seeking a full-time physical therapy assistant who is passionate about their profession and takes pride in the work they do. As a JTOPS physical therapy assistant you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for providing primarily mobile outpatient services as well as at onsite clinic. Our therapists are experts in building and strengthening relationships with current and prospective outpatient referral sources including physicians, office managers, referral coordinators, and individuals in the community.
Responsibilities:
Provide therapy services in the outpatient clinic, as well as in clients homes which could include LTC/ALF/ILF settings.
Travel within 10 mile Radius for in home outpatient services with paid travel time.
Requirements:
Licensed PTA
Experience in marketing in healthcare is optional, but preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport.
Outgoing and personable
New graduates welcome, clinical fieldwork setting of outpatient and/or home health preferred
Required Skills:
Exhibits a sincere desire to help patients and residents in their rehabilitation process.
Superior interpersonal communication skills
Strong writing skills required for documentation of the care you provide.
Exhibits knowledge and understanding of therapy practice.
Possesses and conveys high degree of credibility and integrity.
Enjoys team cohesion, is a team player, has a positive attitude and a strong desire to make a constructive impact on organizational excellence.
