We’re looking for a dedicated Full Time Physical Therapist who is ready to make a meaningful difference, work collaboratively, and grow professionally in a dynamic, patient-centered setting to join our in-house therapy team at Gateway Transitional Care Center in Pocatello, ID.

- Care for approximately 30 short-term rehab patients and 50 long-term care residents and outpatients using your full skillset every day including orthopedics, neuro rehab, cardiovascular recovery, dementia care, lymphedema/wound care, contracture management, custom mobility devices, the list is endless!
