We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate FULL TIME COTA to join our team at Surprise Health & Rehabilitation. This unique position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives by providing therapy services in a variety of settings, including skilled nursing facilities, independent living, and assisted living facilities. You will treat patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, often within the comfort of their homes.
Full Time: Flexible schedule with work-life balance
Wage: $30 – $35/hour based on experience

- Participate in CEU classes offered to entire therapy team
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy services to patients in skilled nursing facilities, independent living, and assisted living facilities.
• Monitor patients’ progress and document their responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
Qualifications:
• Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to travel between different facilities and patient homes.
