Mobile Outpatient Speech-Language Pathologist (Medicare Part B) – Part Time | The Springs La Jolla
 
We’re hiring a Mobile Outpatient SLP to provide in-home therapy under Medicare Part B. Enjoy 1:1 care with 45–70 minute sessions and a manageable caseload of 5–6 patients/day.
 
Part Time: Flexible schedule with work-life balance
Pay: $55+/hour based on experience

Requirements:
Active California SLP license
Current CPR card
SNF experience preferred (not required)
What You’ll Do:
Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
Provide skilled therapy (therapeutic exercises, gait training, etc.)
Track progress, adjust treatment, and document in NetHealth
Collaborate with care team and educate patients/caregivers
Join our mobile outpatient team that treats patients in our surrounding community like family and values quality care over volume.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST – PRN WEEKEND SCHEDULE

The Springs at La Jolla in La Jolla, CA, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for weekend hours as part of our in-house rehab program!

PRN: Weekend schedule with work-life balance
Pay: $50/hour based on experience

Duties:
• Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.

Qualifications:
• Physical Therapy license is required.
• Open to Physical Therapists at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!
