Duties: 
  • Responsible for assisting the Therapists and Therapists Assistants
  • Responsible for safe and efficient patient transportation
  • Responsible for patient and equipment set up / clean up 
  • Daily cleaning of treatment area and equipment
  • Reports any patient concerns or issues to DOR and/or supervising therapist.
  • Able to obtain basic medical information (blood pressure, heart rate, O2 saturations, etc.
Qualifications: 
Must have prior training in a medical setting  
CNA license and one year’s experience in long-term care or related setting preferred

Oak Harbor is a skilled nursing facility with long term care, post-acute rehab, and geriatric outpatient therapy services provided. We are seeking a PRN SLP to join our dynamic in-house therapy team!

Qualifications: 
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
This position is open to SLPs at all experience levels.
