MT. Ogden Health & Rehabilitation in Ogden, UT.is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery.  We are currently seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist for our in-house rehab program!

Duties:
  •  Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing appropriate care plans following regulatory and clinical standards.
  •  Deliver rehabilitative treatment to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
  •  Evaluate treatment outcomes, modifying services based on patient evaluation and making referrals as needed.
  •  Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
  •  Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in adherence to regulatory and clinical requirements.
Qualifications:
Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.
This position is open to SLPs at all experience levels

We are seeking a licensed PTA to join our in-house therapy team at The Terrace at MT Ogden in UT as an Assistant Director of Rehabilitation.  
 
We offer a DOR-in-Training program with hands on opportunities to learn management from one of our proven top leaders and prepare to become a Rehab Director in our growing organization. The position is divided between management training (20%) and patient care responsibilities (80%).
